I have always been drawn to working with people across all ages. Early in my career, I gained valuable experience working with children on the autism spectrum and youth in inpatient psychiatric settings, which deepened my understanding of developmental and clinical needs.
I earned my B.A. in Behavioral Science from Tel Aviv Academic College and began graduate studies in Early Childhood at Hebrew University. However, after moving to the U.S. in 2005 and training as a life coach, I realized I wanted to expand my expertise further. This led me to pursue and complete an M.A. in Counseling Psychology (MFT program) at JFK University, graduating in 2012.
Since then, I have worked primarily with adults, couples, and families, including clinical roles within school systems where I advocated for my clients’ needs. I am passionate about supporting adults through life’s transitions and challenges, combining empathy, practical tools, and deep insight in my work.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew, I welcome clients in either language. Alongside my private practice, I remain committed to engaging with diverse communities to promote healing and personal growth.
