Working with adults
Working with adults means exploring the patterns and beliefs shaped early in life — your personal blueprint. These survival strategies helped you navigate childhood but can become limiting or burdensome in adulthood, affecting your relationships, emotions, and overall well-being.
I work with clients to identify and challenge the beliefs we often unknowingly live by—beliefs formed in times of need that later become the root of unhappiness or feeling stuck. In a safe, nonjudgmental, and accepting environment, we explore these patterns and create new, freeing beliefs.
Using a blend of psychodynamic and existential approaches alongside practical tools, I help you gain insight while supporting real-life changes. My role as a therapist is to be a warm and authentic presence fully accepting you as you are, while gently challenging you at your own pace to recognize and shift these patterns.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, develop healthier patterns, and help you live more aligned with your true values.
